MENTOR YOUNG ADULTS ON HOW TO START THEIR OWN BUSINESS PROVIDING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AT STADIUM CONCESSION STANDS WITH VARIED DUTIES, AS WELL AS PROVIDING SPEAKERS FROM VARIOUS BUSINESSES TO PROVIDE WORK RELATED EDUCATION. THIS PROGRAM IS MADE POSSIBLE BY THE DONATIONS OF TWO FOOD AND BEVERAGE COMPANIES THAT SUPPLY SERVICES TO THE PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL AND BASEBALL STADIUMS. THIS SERVICE IS WITHOUT CHARGE. ALL PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS BECOME PROGRAM VOLUNTEERS.

WE MORE THAN DOUBLED OUR CONTRIBUTIONS WHICH ALLOWED US TO PROVIDE MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MORE PARTICIPANTS. WE CONTINUE TO RECRUIT NEW PEOPLE WHO WANT TO LEARN HOW TO START A BUSINESS AND LEARN THE RESPONSIBILITIES FROM THE LEAST RESPONSIBILITY JOBS TO THOSE OF MANAGEMENT THOUGH WORK EXPERIENCE IN VARIOUS TYPES OF BUSINESSES PRIMARILY STADIUM CONCESSION STANDS. THE STADIUMS PROVIDE DONATIONS FOR MANNING AND MANAGING ASSIGNED CONCESSION STANDS. EACH PARTICIPANT IN THIS PROGRAM BECOMES A PROGRAM VOLUNTEER AND IS PAID A STIPEND FROM THESE DONATIONS. PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM IS WITHOUT FEE.
