PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL DISPLAYS AND CONTEST TO AREA RESIDENT TO IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE OF AGRICULTURE. PROVIDE SHOWCASE FOR VARIOUS AGRICULTURAL GROUPS (I.E. 4-H) TO PRESENT THEIR PROJECTS. ALLOW OVER 40,000 RESIDENTS TO BECOME INVOLVED.
