WE TOOK A HOUSE SLATED FOR DEMOLITION, RENOVATED AND TURNED IT INTO ONE OF THE NICEST HOMES ON THE BLOCK. THE HOUSE WAS SOLD TO A 60 YEAR OLD DISABLED VETERAN JUST NOW ELIGIBLE TO USE HIS VA BENEFITS. THE HOUSE WAS PRICED TO FIT THE KC MO AFFORDABLE HOUSING MODEL. HE NOW HAS A TOP TO BOTTOM RENOVATED HOME WITH HIS PAYMENTS LESS THAN RENTING.
