THE POPEYES FOUNDATION HAS BEEN CREATED TO SUPPORT TWO CAUSES - FOR OUR FAMILY WE DEVELOPED THE POPEYES FOUNDATION FAMILY FUND TO ASSIST WITH IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF EMPLOYEES AND/OR THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO MAY BE VICTIMS OF DISASTER OR OTHER EMERGENCY HARDSHIP POPEYES FOUNDATION FAMILY FUND TO ASSIST WITH IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF EMPLOYEES AND/OR THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO MAY BE VICTIMS OF DISASTER OR OTHER EMERGENCY HARDSHIP SITUATIONS. FOR OUR COMMUNITY, WE WILL FOCUS ON HUNGER RELIEF EFFORTS PRIMARILY THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH NO KID HUNGRY.

IN 2023, POPEYES FOUNDATION UNVEILED SERVING WITH LOVE, OUR NEW SIGNATURE INITIATIVE WITH TWO PROGRAMS TO SERVE THE POPEYES FAMILY AND COMMUNITIES: TEAM MEMBER LOVE AND FOOD LOVE. THROUGH THE TEAM MEMBER LOVE PROGRAM, EMERGENCY RELIEF IS PROVIDED TO TEAM MEMBERS WHO EXPERIENCE EMERGENCY HARDSHIP SITUATIONS. THROUGH THE FOOD LOVE GRANTS PROGRAM, FUNDS RAISED WILL BE GRANTED TO LOCAL AND NATIONAL NONPROFITS THAT PROVIDE FOOD TO THOSE IN NEED. THE FOOD LOVE GRANTS PROGRAM DIRECTED 360,000 TO 65 LOCAL NONPROFITS ACROSS 24 STATES. 315,000 MEALS SUPPORTED; 140,000 INDIVIDUALS SUPPORTED. FOOD LOVE GRANT VOLUNTEER DAYS BROUGHT A TOTAL OF 130 VOLUNTEERS TOGETHER IN SIX MARKETS SERVING 8,500 MEALS. SINCE THE INCEPTION OF THE TEAM MEMBER LOVE PROGRAM, WE HAVE SUPPORTED 520+ TEAM MEMBERS, DISTRIBUTED 550,000 IN GRANTS. 27 TEAM MEMBERS WERE SUPPORTED IN 2023 WITH AN AVERAGE GRANT OF 2,200.
