THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS INCURRED TO OPERATE AND SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION, AND ARE NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT THE CHARITABLE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED BY THE ORGANIZATION.
