PART ONE IS A PROOF-OF-CONCEPT PILOT DESIGNED AS AN EIGHT-WEEK COACHING AND EXPERIENTIAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR WOMEN AND BIPOC SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS SO THAT THEY CAN MORE EFFECTIVELY TAP INTO THE CREATIVITY, INTELLIGENCE, AND PERFORMANCE OF THEIR TEAMS.
