SUN FORCE SISTERS (SFS) IS WORKING IN IRAQI KURDISTAN TO PROVIDE HUMANITARIAN AND FINANCIAL AID TO YAZIDI WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN PERSECUTED BY ISIS, AND TO EMPOWER THE YAZIDI WOMEN THROUGH SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING AND AWARENESS. SFS SUPPORTS YAZDA'S LEGAL CLINIC IN DOHUK, IRAQ FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING ISIS ENSLAVEMENT SURVIVORS COMPLETE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO RECEIVE "BATAQA" CARDS THAT PROVIDE SMALL MONTHLY STIPENDS FOR LIFE. SO FAR, CLOSE TO 800 BATAQA CARDS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO SURVIVORS.SFS ALSO SUPPORTS WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN NIGERIA AND THE PHILIPPINES THAT ARE VULNERABLE TO TERRORIST ATTACKS, HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND ENSLAVEMENT THROUGH EMPOWERMENT, SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING, AND RESPONSIVE TRAINING.
