TO STRENGTHEN THE COMMUNITIES GUILD MORTGAGE IS LOCATED IN, BY WORKING STRATEGICALLY TO ENGAGE EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION AND VOLUNTEERISM WITH LOCAL CHARITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS THERE THAT ARE INVOLVED IN INITIATIVES INCLUDING YOUTH CAREER DEVELOPMENT, MENTORING, AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS, ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION, HUNGER AND HOMELESSNESS, VETERANS AND ACTIVE DUTY PERSONNEL, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SEX TRAFFICKING.
