WE SERVE AS SUPPORT COORDINATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN MONITEAU COUNTY. WE CURRENTLY SERVE 70 CLIENTS; 60 WITH MEDICAID AND 10 WITHOUT MEDICAID. OF THE 70 CLIENTS, OUR ORGANIZATION HAS ASSISTED IN SECURING WAIVERS FOR SERVICES SUCH AS RESIDENTIAL LIVING, DAY-HAB SEVICES, PERSONAL ASSISTANTS IN THEIR HOME, TRANSPORTATION TO WORK AND DAY-HAB, DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, EASTER SEALS, INCONTINENCE SUPPLIES, ETC.
