THE ASSOCIATION CONTINUED TO DEVELOP POLICY POSITIONS AND EDUCATION MATERIALS THAT WOULD CONTRIBUTE TO ADVANCING INTEGRATED PLANS, AND CONTINUED EDUCATING POLICYMAKERS ON LONG-TERM SERVICES AND SUPPORTS(LTSS) AND THE VALUE OF MEDICAID MANAGED LTSS (MLTSS) AND INTEGRATED CARE.IMPLEMENTING A QUALITY FRAMEWORK FOR LTSS HOME-AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES(HCBS). ASSISTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF QUALITY MEASURES FOR HCBS AND PROVIDING INFORMATION ON PLAN-LEVEL IMPLEMENTATION CHALLENGES. WORKING WITH AGENCIES AND ORGANIZATIONS TO MOVE QUALITY MEASURES FORWARD TO IMPLEMENTATION.
