THE FUND MAKES TWO TYPES OF GRANTS TO EMPLOYEES - NATURAL DISASTER OR CALAMITY GRANTS, AND EMERGENCY HARDSHIP GRANTS. NATURAL DISASTER OR CALAMITY GRANTS PROVIDE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE TO AVEANNA HEALTHARE EMPLOYEES WHO CANNOT MEET BASIC LIVING EXPENSES DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL. THE FUND WILL ALSO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO EMPLOYEES TAHT ARE EXPERIENCING EMERGENCY HARDSHIPS, WHICH CAN BE MADE EVEN IF THE EMPLOYEE IS ABLE TO MEET BASIC LIVING EXPENSES.--- IN 2022, THE FUND MADE 170 TOTAL GRANTS, NATURAL DISASTER OR CALAMITY GRANTS 47 EMERGENCY HARDSHIP GRANTS 123
