THE CORPORATION LEASES THE FACILITY AND EQUIPMENT TO CHROMA TECHNOLOGY CORP.,(THE "TENANT") A REGIONAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY. THESE ACTIVITIES WILL FOSTER, ENCOURAGE, AND ASSIST THE TENANT TO CONTINUE TO EXPAND ITS OPERATIONS.
