ISNHS CLASS '71 INTERNATIONAL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION IS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501 (C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE. THUS, THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH SUCH ASSOCIATION ARE: 1.TO PROMOTE, ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER BROTHERHOOD, SISTERHOOD, MUTUAL HELP AND SUPPORT AMONG THE MEMBERS, 2.TO PROMOTE CAMARADERIE AND ACADEMIC WELL-BEING OF THE ILOCOS SUR NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES AND STUDENTS, 3.TO UNDERTAKE ACADEMIC AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GRANT SCHOLARS ESPECIALLY THE INDIGENT BUT DESERVING STUDENTS OF ISNHS, 4.TO SUPPORT THE ISNHS GLOBAL, LOCAL, GRAND AND MINI REUNIONS, THE ISNHS PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND LEADERSHIP AND WELL-BEING OF ISNHS STUDENTS, GRADUATES AND FACULTY MEMBERS, 5.TO SUPPORT OR GIVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO NEEDY AND OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS, 6.TO PE
