EFFICIENT, RESILIENT HOME, BUILDING, AND COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS: FACILITATES COLLABORATION OF REGIONAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ADVANCE BEST PRACTICE GUIDANCE WITH PEER EXCHANGE, AND PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SUPPORT FOR THE RAPID EXPANSION OF RESILIENT, ENERGY EFFICIENT BUILDINGS AND COMMUNICATE ACROSS THE REGION. INCLUDES HIGH EFFICIENCY ELECTRIC HEATING TECHNOLOGIES, LEAD-BY-EXAMPLE MODELS FOR PUBLIC FACILITIES AND SCHOOLS, ADOPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ADVANCED BUILDING ENERGY CODES AND BUILDING ENERGY RATING AND DISCLOSURE POLICIES AND PROGRAMS THAT DISTINGUISH AND BUILD DEMAND FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY TO MOVE THE MARKET TOWARDS ZERO ENERGY BUILDINGS.
