THE ORGANIZATION HAS MADE SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS IN THREE AREAS: (1) BUSINESS GROWTH AND EXPANSION: THE TEAM CONDUCTED BUSINESS OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT WITH 100 BUSINESSES IN THE AEROZONE. (2) LAND USE PLANNING: AEROZONE KICKED OFF A COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLANNING EXERCISE, AND CREATED AN INVENTORY OF ALL DEVELOPABLE PROPERTIES. (3) TALENT GROWTH: AEROZONE LAUNCHED A SERIES OF PROGRAMS THAT INCLUDE JOB FAIRS TO CONNECT JOBS SEEKERS AND LOCAL BUSINESSES. FINALLY, THE AEROZONE ALLIANCE CONDUCTED A STRATEGIC REVIEW OF ITS BRAND, AND DEVELOPED A NEW STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT PLAN.
