GREEN LAKE COUNTY BASIC NEEDS FOUNDATION INC WAS FORMED ON APRIL 13, 2016 AS A NON-STOCK CORPORATION AND AS A NON-PROFIT, TAX-EXEMPT, NON-PRIVATE FOUNDATION. THE DIRECTORS OF THE ORGANIZATION RECOGNIZED THAT THE RESIDENTS OF GREEN LAKE COUNTY COMMUNITY WERE IN NEED OF A FORMAL VEHICLE TO GENERATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE BASIC NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITYS RESIDENTS. THE ONLY ACTIVITY IN 2021 WAS GENERAL DONATIONS.
