MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS: ESTABLISHED MENTORSHIP INITIATIVES, PAIRING YOUTH WITH SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY MENTORS, FOSTERING PERSONAL GROWTH AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: ORGANIZED VOLUNTEER PROJECTS, CULTURAL EVENTS, AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE SOCIAL COHESION AND INCLUSION AMONG DIVERSE YOUTH.
