THE SPBA WAS FORMED DURING 2016 TO CREATE AN ASSOCIATION BETWEEN THE SHELBYVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND CITIZENS OF SHELBYVILLE AND BEDFORD COUNTY TO BUILD A WORKING RELATIONSHIP AND MAKE OUR COMMUNITY A MORE OUTSTANDING PLACE TO LIVE THAN IT ALREADY IS. WE WERE SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING STARTED AND BEGINNING TO CONTRIBUTE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY.
