ATLANTA ALZHEIMERS MUSIC FEST (AMF)- MUSIC FEST PRODUCES AND PRESENTS A FESTIVAL OF MUSICIANS FROM THE GEORGIA COMMUNITY WHO COME TOGETHER TO CELEBRATE THE FAMILY CAREGIVER OF ALZHEIMER'S PATIENTS. FUNDS RAISED ARE AWARDED TO ORGANIZATIONS WHO SUPPORT FAMILIES WITH LIMITED FINANCIAL RESOURCES WHO CARE FOR THEIR LOVED ONES LIVING WITH DEMENTIA AT HOME. BOTH ATLANTA AND TAMPA 2021 ANNUAL AMF EVENTS WERE CANCELLED DUE TO COVID AND DONATED FUNDS ROLLED OVER TO 2022 POSTPONEMENT DATES.


ALZHEIMER'S MUSIC FEST (AMF) LIVE FACEBOOK EVENT SERIES SHELTER AND PLAY -- MONTHLY SERIES OF LIVE MUSIC PERFORMED BY PAST AMF ARTISTS. EVENT DATES BEGAN IN 2020 AND WE CONTINUED TO HOST INTO 2021. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, THIS FORMAT REPLACED THE IN-PERSON MUSIC FEST (ACTIVITY #1). FUNDS RAISED ARE AWARDED TO ORGANIZATIONS WHO SUPPORT FAMILIES WITH LIMITED FINANCIAL RESOURCES WHO CARE FOR THEIR LOVED ONES LIVING WITH DEMENTIA AT HOME.


CARING TOGETHER IN HOPE (CTH): NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHICH RAN MEMORY CAFES FOR PERSONS LIVING WITH DEMENTIA AND THIER FAMILIES. THE ORGANIZATION DISSOLVED AND DSF BECAME THE RECIPIENT OF THEIR FUNDS.
