ADVOCATED FOR NEW MARINE TRADES DEVELOPMENT ALONG THE WATERFRONT, RESULTING IN LAND BEING ZONED FOR TRADES USE ONLY, AS WELL AS A RESULTING 10-PERCENT LEASE DISCOUNT FOR QUALIFYING MARITIME TRADES INDUSTRIES. CREATED AN INFORMATION AND NETWORKING HUB, WITH RELATED EVENTS TO FACILITATE MARITIME TRADES AND TRADES SKILL JOBS ON THE WATERFRONT CONNECTING WITH POTENTIAL AND INTERESTED EMPLOYEES AND CITIZENS OF THE REGION. PARTNERED WITH MULTIPLE ORGANIZATIONS TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE INDUSTRY CHANGES TO MOVE CLIMATE ACTION FORWARD. OFFERED HELP AND CONNECTIONS TO MEMBER BUSINESSES REGARDING SPECIFIC WATERFRONT, PORT OR CITY ISSUES.
