STRATEGIC COORDINATING ORGANIZATION ("SCO") INTENDS TO FACILITATE THE CREATION OF AND TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC DIRECTION FOR A DURABLE AND SUSTAINABLE STRATEGIC AFFILIATION CONSISTING OF ITSELF AND AFFILIATE ORGANIZATIONS DELIVERING HOSPITAL AND HEALTHCARE SERVICES AS PART OF AN INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEM. SCO WILL PROVIDE A WIDE VARIETY OF ESSENTIAL SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR NOT-FOR-PROFIT HOSPITALS AND OTHER RELATED CARE PROVIDERS THAT MEET THE CRITERIA FOR SECTION 501(C)(3) STATUS.
