THE WYOMING ECLIPSE FESTIVAL PROVIDES INDEPENDENT EVENT PLANNING, ADMINISTRATIVE AND FUNDRAISING SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY OF CASPER AND NATRONA COUNTY AROUND THE SOLAR ECLIPSE HAPPENING ON MONDAY, AUGUST 21, 2017. THE PURPOSE IS TO FACILITATE THE MASTER PLAN, OUTLINING A FULL WEEKEND OF EVENTS. THE ORGANIZATION WILL NOT PLAN, HOST OR CREATE ANY EVENTS, RATHER THE GROUP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLABORATING WITH MULTIPLE USER GROUPS TO BUILD AN OVERALL PLAN FOR THE COMMUNITY.
