THE MISSION OF THE CORPORATION IS TO ASSIST IN BUILDING MICHIGAN'S GREAT SOUTHWEST INTO A VIBRANT AND PROSPEROUS REGION TO LIVE, LEARN, WORK, INVEST, GROW, PLAY AND RETIRE FOR EVERYONE

THE ROLE OF THE COUNCIL IS TO BRING LEADERS FROM BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT, NONPROFIT, AND EDUCATION TOGETHER TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY TO ACHIEVE THE MISSION OF THE COUNCIL. LEADERS ARE BASED LOCALLY IN BERRIEN COUNTY, MI AND ARE ALL VOLUNTEER PARTICIPANTS. SPECIFIC INITIATIVES IN 2020 INCLUDE: TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY SOLUTIONS, SAFE AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING, AND BEST PRACTICES IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING TO ASSIST WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS IN OUR COMMUNITY.
