MANATI IS A FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM DESIGNED TO SUPPORT SINGLE-SITE CHARTER SCHOOL LEADERS IN ACQUIRING THE NECESSARY SKILLS FOR SUSTAINING AND GROWING THEIR SCHOOL. NCC INVESTED IN A REDESIGN OF THE PROGRAM.
