NEW CITY PLAYERS' PURPOSE IS TO STAGE EXCEPTIONAL CLASSIC AND CONTEMPORARY THEATRE IN ORDER TO ENRICH OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH ENGAGEMENT WITH ARTS AND CULTURE. NEW CITY PLAYERS IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR THE CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.
