PROGRAM: CESU-BEAK - COOPERATE WITH M3R AND NUWC TO ELUCIDATE SIZE, STRUCTURE AND TRENDS IN MARINE MAMMAL POPULATIONS, FOCUSING ON BEAK AND FIN WHALES, AROUND SOAR. THE ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO USE RESULTING DATA TO ASSESS EFFECTS OF MILITARY ACTIVITIES ON THESE POPULATIONS.
