THE MISSION OF THE JEWISH LOS ANGELES SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST (JLA TRUST) IS TO ENSURE THAT CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES ARE ABLE TO OBTAIN A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE BY LEVERAGING THE POWER OF COMMUNITY TO ASSIST WITH FINANCIAL SECURITY AND PEACE OF MIND. WE ARE OPEN TO BENEFICIARIES OF ALL FAITHS AND BACKGROUNDS.

Part 3 - Line 4a

IN 2023, THE SEVENTH FULL CALENDAR YEAR OF OPERATIONS, THE JEWISH LOS ANGELES SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST EXPANDED OUR NUMBER OF ENROLLED BENEFICIARIES FROM 152 TO 190 PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 3 FUTURE FUNDED ENROLLMENTS. EACH OF OUR 190 ACTIVE BENEFICIARIES RECEIVES MONTHLY CHECK-INS AND UP TO TWO HOURS PER MONTH OF INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL FEE, WITH ADDITIONAL CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR A FEE. JLA TRUST CONTINUES TO PROVIDE IN-PERSON AND ONLINE INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS AS WELL AS PUBLIC INFORMATION SESSIONS IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH ON TOPICS SPECIFIC TO THE DISABLED COMMUNITY INCLUDING LEGAL AND FINANCIAL LONG-TERM PLANNING, HOUSING, AND GOVERNMENT RESOURCES.
