EACH FAMILY HAD A MENTOR AND ENCOURAGER TO TEACH FINANCIAL PRACTICES, CONNECT WITH JOBS AND SUPPORT AND NAVIGATE THE FAMILY THROUGH CRISES. FAMILIES WHO COMPLETED THE PROGRAM EMERGED INDEPENDENT AND SELF-SUFFICIENT.
