TO PROVIDE HOUSING & REHABILITAVE SERVICE FOR UP TO 25 WOMEN AT ONE TIME TRANSITIONING FROM INCARCERATION OR DRUG REHABILITATION UNDER THE ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION TO HOMETOWN RESIDENCY. THE RECLAMATION HOUSES TEACHES ITS RESIDENTS THE CONCEPTS AND BASIC SKILLS OF COOKING, DRESSING, WORKING, BUDGETING, CLEANING, IN OTHER WORDS - DAY TO DAY NORMALCY & FUNCTIONING IN A RESPONSIBLE MANNER ON A CONSISTENT BASIS, WHICH SKILLS HAVE BEEN LACKING, HAVING RESULTED IN THEIR INCARCERATION AT THE ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.
