SPECIFICALLY, THE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT ACTION FUND USES PAID MEDIA, CONSTITUENT OUTREACH, AND OPINION RESEARCH TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC, PRESS, AND DECISION MAKERS ABOUT THE THREATS TO HUMAN HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
