THE MUSSELSHELL VALLEY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (MVCF) IS COMMITTED TO ENHANCING THE VITALITY OF THE MUSSELSHELL VALLEY WITH A YEARLY GRANT PROGRAM AS WELL AS MANAGING THE FUNDS FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS.

THE MVCF SERVED AS THE FISCAL SPONSOR OF THE ANNUAL ROUNDUP INDEPENDENCE DAYS EXTRAVAGANZA (RIDE) WHICH INCLUDES A CHILDREN'S RODEO, FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT AND ACTIVITIES AND A THEATER PRODUCTION SERVING APPROXIMATELY 5,000 INDIVIDUALS ANNUALLY.


MVCF SPONSORS THE ROUNDUP COMMUNITY PARTNERS IN THEIR GOAL OF REVITALIZING ROUNDUP WHICH WORKED TOWARDS PUTTING BENCHES AND TABLES ALONG MAIN STREET AND DESIGNING A VISITOR KIOSK AND PLAQUES HIGHLIGHTING ROUNDUP'S HISTORY.


THE MVCF PROVIDED FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES TO DIFFERENT NON-PROFITS IN MUSSELSHELL VALLEY COMMUNITIES BY ENHANCING WORTHWHILE COMMUNITY VITALITY PROJECTS AS WELL AS ISSUING GRANTS TO LOCAL NON-PROFITS. IN 2021, MVCF AWARDED FIVE DIFFERENT GRANTS THAT WILL BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY AND OUR FUTURE GENERATIONS. THESE GRANTS WERE MADE TO THE FOLLOWING: MUSSELSHELL COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING FOR 600.00; MUSSELSHELL VALLEY HISTORICAL MUSEUM FOR 1,000.00; ROUNDUP WRESTLING CLUB FOR 1221.00; MCRT FOR 1700.00; AND COMMON GROUND FOR 4,100.00.
