PROVIDE FUNDING FOR OPERATION OF YELLOWSTONE BOYS & GIRLS RANCH, INC., WHICH WORKS WITH MORE THAN 650 EMOTIONALLY DISTURBED AND SPECIAL EDUCATION YOUTH BY OFFERING A CONTINUUM OF MENTAL HEALTH CARE AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES.
PROVIDE FUNDING FOR SPIRITUAL LIFE PROGRAM AT YELLOWSTONE BOYS AND GIRLS RANCH MEETING THE SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF KIDS IN VARIOUS TREATMENT PROGRAMS.
