PROVIDED HOUSING SUPPORT TO YOUNG ADULTS AGES 18-25 WHO EXPERIENCED FOSTER CARE AS TEENS AND ARE IN TRANSITION TO INDEPENDENT LIVING. OFFERED HOUSING SCHOLARSHIPS TO FOSTER ALUMNI YOUTH IN THE COMMUNITY, INCREASING THEIR HOUSING STABILITY AND ALLOWING THEM TO FOCUS ON WORK, SCHOOL, AND TRANSITIONING TO ADULTHOOD. PROVIDED MONTHLY GROUP ACTIVITIES AND WEEKEND CAMP FOR TEENS, YOUNG ADULTS, AND MENTORS.
