HELPING HAND ME DOWNS MEETS THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES THEN CONNECTS THEM WITH LIFE CHANGING RESOURCES THAT FOSTER INDEPENDENCE.

Part 3 - Line 4a

ALL SERVICES ARE UNDER ONE PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES DIAPERS, CLOTHING, SHOES, COATS, BEDS AND OTHER NECESSITIES TO FAMILIES IN NEED. 7,405 CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES WERE SERVED IN 2021. THE FAMILIES WERE GIVEN CLOTHING, SHOES, SOCKS, BABY GEAR, AND DIAPERS. OUR LIFE COACH CONDUCTED 255 COACHING SESSIONS THAT HELPED MOMS PROCESS LIFE EVENTS AND LIVE MORE PROACTIVELY. 998 ADULTS AND CHILDREN WERE SERVED BY OUR WEEKLY FOOD PANTRY. THIS INCLUDES MEAL KITS, MEATS, AND PERISHABLES. THE IDEA IS TO SUPPLEMENT WHAT FAMILIES ALREADY HAVE AND ALLOW THEM TO MAKE THEIR OWN GROCERIES LAST A BIT LONGER.
