THE YEAR 2022 WAS EXCELLENT FOR THE BROTHERHOOD OF ST. HUBERTUS. WE STARTED IN JANUARY WITH A VERY SHORT TIME TO PLAN AN INVESTITURE IN MARCH IN RENO, NV. JANUARY AND FEBRUARY WERE CONSUMED WITH PLANNING AND WE HELD THE INVESTITURE ON THE WEEKEND OF MARCH 19 IN RENO, NV. WE INVESTED 11 NEW KNIGHTS INTO THE BROTHERHOOD AND HAD A GREAT WEEKEND. WE WERE ABLE TO ALSO ENJOY A LUNCHEON DURING THE WILD SHEEP SHOW IN RENO IN JANUARY AND A DOVE HUNT IN HERMOSILLO, MEXICO IN EARLY FEBRUARY ---- THE YEAR STARTED WITH A LOT OF ACTIVITIES. THEN IN APRIL WE HELD THE BRASSFIELD TURKEY HUNT IN CLEARLAKE OAKS, CA WITH 20 ATTENDEES. OUR EFFORTS TO SECURE 9 TRADEMARKS FOR THE BROTHERHOOD OF ST. HUBERTUS WERE SUCCESSFUL IN 2022 AS ALL OF THEM WERE APPROVED BY THE US PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE. THE YEAR ENDED WITH A FANTASTIC CHRISTMAS DINNER IN EARLY DECEMBER IN ST. HELENA, CA WITH OVER 50 ATTENDEES. WE ENDED THE YEAR IN A STRONG FINANCIAL POSITION WITH CASH IN THE BANK AND NO OUTSTANDING DEBT.
