THE MISSION OF THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE ATHLETIC CONFERNCE IS TO PROVIDE AN ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE THAT ENHANCES INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS COMPETITION AMONG MEMBER INSTITUTIONS IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT RECOGNIZES THE STUDENT-ATHLETES' ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE AS THE VITAL PART OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS.
