CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROVIDERS IS OREGON AHMA'S PRIMARY MISSION. IN 2022 OUR ASSOCIATION RAN CLASSES ON REAC/INSPIRE; LANDLORD-TENANT LAW; THREE DAY OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATION COURSES FOR MANAGERS WORKING WITH RURAL DEVELOPMENT, HUD, LIHTC, AND HOME SUBSIDY PROGRAMS; BASIC AND ADVANCED EIV COURSES; FAIR HOUSING; MAINTENANCE; AND MORE. IN TOTAL, WE PROVIDED CONTINUING EDUCATION TO 970 INDIVIDUALS AT OUR MONTHLY CLASSES IN 2022. OUR JUNE ANNUAL CONFERENCE HAD AN ENROLLMENT OF 302. ATTENDEES RECEIVED A TOTAL OF 18 HOURS OF CONTINUING EDUCATION OVER 2.5 DAYS.
