THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO PROVIDE THE SCHOOL'S FACULTY AND STAFF WITH RESOURCES THAT HELP IN THE INSTRUCTION OF THE STUDENT THROUGH A SERIES OF GRANTS THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL YEAR. DUE TO THE COVID-19 AND THE UNUSUAL SCHOOL YEAR, INDIVIDUAL GRANTS TO TEACHERS AND THE ANNUAL LITERACY GRANT WERE NOT ABLE TO BE PROVIDED THIS YEAR. NONETHELESS, AS PART OF THE ORGANIZATION'S TEACHER BACK TO SCHOOL DOLLARS PROGRAM, $4,000 WAS ALLOCATED TO THE TEACHING STAFF IN ORDER TO DEFRAY THE COSTS OF CLASSROOM SUPPLIES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR. THROUGH THE PROJECT FUND, THE ORGANIZATION USED OVER $1,900 TO PURCHASE A SUPPLY OF FACE MASKS, ENABLING BEAVER CREEK TO GIVE EACH STUDENT A REUSABLE MASK DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION DONATED OVER $400 TO THE ART DEPARTMENT TO HELP DEFRAY THE COSTS OF ART MATERIALS AND OVER $1,200 TO PROVIDE SUPPLIES TO STUDENTS AND TEACHERS AND MAINTAIN THE BUILDING'S OUTDOOR SPACES. ALSO THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION AIMS TO PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO LEARNING BY PROVIDING ENJOYABLE ACTIVITIES FOR THE STUDENTS. TO THIS END, THE ORGANIZATION CONTRIBUTED OVER $3,000 TO FUND THE 5TH GRADE CELEBRATION. FINALLY, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED ALMOST $1,900 TO PERIODICALLY FUND GIFTS TO THE TEACHERS, AIDES, CUSTODIANS, DRIVERS, AND SUPPORT STAFF AS A SHOW OF SUPPORT AND APPRECIATION OF THE ORGANIZATION AND ITS PARENTS FOR THE FACULTY AND STAFF OF BEAVER CREEK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.
