BENEFITS INCLUDE INFORMATION ON MARKET CONDITIONS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND OTHER TOPICS RELEVANT TO THE BROAD-BASED MEMBERSHIP IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AS WELL AS NETWORKING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITH OTHER PROFESSIONALS IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE.
