PROMOTE THE SKIING DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG ATHLETES FROM THE FAR WEST REGION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF PLACING COMPETITORS ONTO THE US SKI TEAM. FAR WEST ALSO PROMOTES ALPINE COMPETITION AT ALL LEVELS AND PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO ATHLETES AND COACHES.

PROVIDED THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT OF MAKING THE ARRAGEMENT FOR THE JUNIOR RACERS TO ATTEND OUT OF AREA RACES SUCH AS REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS,SUCH AS THE U16 REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS AND WESTERN REGION JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS.
