ON FEBRUARY 20, 2015, THE PROJECT WAS ACQUIRED BY AN AFFILIATE, MCCREERY AVENUE LP, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.IN SEPTEMBER 2017, THE ORGANIZATION ACQUIRED LAND IN PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA, WHICH IS CURRENTLY OPERATING UNDER BUENA VISTA MOBILE HOME PARK (BUENA VISTA). BUENA VISTA INCLUDES 104 OCCUPIED MOBILE HOME SPACES, 12 STUDIO UNITS, AND ONE SINGLE-FAMILY HOME. THE ORGANIZATION INTENDS TO PRESERVE BUENA VISTA AS A MOBILE HOME PARK, OR EQUIVALENT, FOR UP TO 50 YEARS.
