PROVIDE MEDICALLY SUPERVISED EXERCISE, EDUCATIONAL AND NUTRITION PROGRAMS FOR MEMBERS. ALL MEMBERS ARE REFERRED TO THE PROGRAM BY THEIR DOCTORS TO ADDRESS CARDIAC, PULMONARY, DIABETIC AND RELATED DISEASES FOR REHAB AND ON-GOING HEALTH MAINTENANCE. PARTICIPANTS REMAIN IN THE PROGRAM FOR VARYING LENGHTS OF TIME, SOME FOR 3-6 MONTHS AND SOME FOR MANY YEARS TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE AND EXERCISE ROUTINE.
