THRESHOLDS TO RECOVERY MISSION IS TO AFFECT INTOXICATED PERSONS WHO, BECAUSE OF THEIR DRINKING, HAVE JUST ENCOUNTERED THE LAW. THE STAFF ASSISTS THESE PERSONS WITH SHORT TERM DETOXIFICATION. ON MAY 8, 2020 THE CONTRACT WAS TERMINATED AND THE STAFF WAS LAID OFF DUE TO COVID. THE CENTER HAS CLOSED AND THE CORPORATION HAS DISOLVED, THUS A FINAL RETURN IS FILED.
