THE SAMARITAN CENTER OF TULARE CO INC IS A MINISTRY OF VISALIA ECUMENICAL CHARITIES, INC, HAS A VISION TO END POVERTY IN TULARE CO IN PARTNERHSIP WITH FELLOW HELPING AGENCIES BY FOLLOWING THEIR MISSISONS.


VISALIA EMERGENCY AID WORKS DILIGENTLY TO BRING NUTRITIOUS FOOD AND OVERALL SUPPORT WHILE MAINTAING THE DIGNITY OF LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND THE WORKING POOR.
