THE SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS WINEGROWERS ASSOCIATION(SCMWA)REPRESENTING THE WINERIES AND WINEGROWERS OF THE SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS APPELLATION. OUR ASSOCIATION CONSISTS OF MORE THAN 70 WINERIES, MOST OF THEM FAMILY-RUN, WORKING TO PROMOTE THE UNIQUE ASPECTS OF OUR WINES & REGION. THE SMALL SIZE OF OUR WINERIES ALLOWS FOR GREATER ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND A HAND-CRAFTED WINE QUALITY THAT MAXIMIZES THE POTENTIAL OF THE GRAPES GROWN HERE. THE SCMWA IS COMMITTED TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF COMMUNITY INTERESTS, BUSINESS CONDITIONS AND THE REPUTATION OF THE SANTA CRUZ MOUNTAINS WINE INDUSTRY THROUGH VARIOUS EVENTS.
