GLOBAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMS: ATLAS CORPS RECRUITS LEADERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD TO SERVE AT U.S. ORGANIZATIONS FOR 6-18 MONTHS. DURING THE FELLOWSHIP, FELLOWS PARTICIPATE IN A TRAINING PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES CLASSROOM BASED ACTIVITIES, DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES, AND ON-THE-JOB TRAINING. AFTER THE FELLOWSHIP, FELLOWS RETURN TO THEIR COUNTRIES TO SHARE THEIR NEWLY ACQUIRED SKILLS, BEST PRACTICES, AND VALUABLE EXPERIENCES WITH A GLOBAL NETWORK OF CHANGEMAKERS. ATLAS CORPS ALSO PARTNERS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPLEMENT INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMS THAT COMPLEMENT ATLAS CORPS' MISSION TO DEVELOP LEADERS, STRENGTHEN ORGANIZATIONS, AND PROMOTE INNOVATION.


VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE: THE ATLAS CORPS VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE IS AN ONLINE LEARNING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR GLOBAL SOCIAL CHANGE LEADERS BASED ON THE ESTABLISHED ATLAS CORPS GLOBAL LEADERSHIP LAB. PARTICIPANTS, KNOWN AS ATLAS CORPS SCHOLARS, ENHANCE THEIR LEADERSHIP SKILLS, BUILD THEIR GLOBAL NETWORKS, AND PREPARE FOR LEADERSHIP IN THEIR HOME COMMUNITIES.
