MRC CRESTVIEW DBA: CRESTVIEW RETIREMENT COMMUNITY (THE ORGANIZATION), IS A TEXAS NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT OWNS AND OPERATES A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY IN BRYAN, TEXAS. THE ORGANIZATION BEGAN A TWO PHASE REPOSITIONING PROJECT IN 2010 THAT WAS COMPLETED IN FEBRUARY 2013. THE COMMUNITY INCLUDES 91 INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS (INDEPENDENT LIVING APARTMENTS), 48 SKILLED NURSING BEDS (SKILLED NURSING CENTER), 48 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, AND 18 MEMORY SUPPORT UNITS (ASSISTED APARTMENTS).
