HBCH ACCOMPLISHED IT'S MISSION BY PROVIDING EVIDENCE BASED BEST PRACTICES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, PARTICIPATORY OPPORTUNITIES IN DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS, MULTIPLE LOCAL AND NATIONAL BENCHMARKING, ACCESS TO LOCAL AND NATIONAL RESOURCES AND CONFERENCES, PEER TO PEER NETWORKING AND COLLECTIVE ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE DELIVERY PROVIDERS.
