PROVIDED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDING CRISIS INTERVENTION SERVICES TO 3,119 CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS LIVING IN MONGOMERY, WALKER, AND LIBERTY COUNTIES IN TEXAS. THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED REGARDLESS OF THE CONSUMER'S ABILITY TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES.
