ASSIST VERY LOW TO MODERATE INCOME OWNER OCCUPIED ELDERLY, DISABLED OR SIGNLE-FAMILIES. ALSO, TO LENGTHEN THE USEFUL LIFE OF THEIR HOMES BY RESTORING THEIR HOMES TO A LEVEL OF COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE BUILDING/HOUSING CODES. ESTABLISH SAFETY, SANITATION, LOCALLY ADOPTED REHABILITATION PROGRAM STANDARDS, HOUSING QUALITY STANDARDS, AND REASONABLE LEVELS OF COMFORT AND LIVABILITY AND TO PREVENT AND REVERSE DETERIORATION AND BLIGHTING OF NEIGHBORHOODS. OAHI PROVIDES HOUSING REHAB PROJECTS, HOMEBUYER EDUCATION AND CREDIT COUNSELING SERVICES AS PART OF THEIR PROGRAM SERVICES. OAHI HAS ONE RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY UNDER LEASE AS OF YEAR END.
